Assorted B-Grade Nerite Snails are healthy freshwater snails offered with visible shell imperfections at a reduced price. These marks commonly include chips, worn tips, dents, uneven shell growth, or surface abrasions which occurred prior to arrival or during natural movement across rough surfaces and hard materials. Despite their cosmetic condition, these snails remain active algae grazers and continue to serve the same functional purpose within the aquarium as standard-grade Nerites.
The shell imperfections seen on these snails must not be confused with active shell erosion, calcium deficiency, or poor husbandry. All our snails are maintained in neutral to hard water conditions with added minerals and continuous access to a varied nutrient-rich diet for grazing support.
As these are assorted B-Grade snails, shell patterns, colors, sizes, and degree of cosmetic damage will vary individually. Photos provided are examples only to demonstrate the general condition range expected upon arrival.

Dry goods are dispatched daily and typically arrive within 1 to 5 working days.
Live fish, live plants, and frozen food require 2 to 7 working days or more due to special handling requirements. Delivery to Distant areas (Out of city and over 30 km radius) requires to be inquired by contacting our customer service before the order is placed.
Items that become unavailable at any stage before dispatch will be removed and refunded automatically.

There is strictly no replacement, return, or refund on any live animal and no guarantee or warranty on all livestocks after adding them to your aquarium. DOA (Dead On Arrival) must be notified immediately with proof and will be rewarded with a replacement or credit note.
All our live stocks are thoroughly tested and quarantined before packing and guaranteed to arrive free of tapeworms or diseases.
Tropical fish and inverts must be expected to lose color during transport and will arrive pale or white, a proper environment and diet is needed to regain coloration.
Any death or illnss of live animals after being added to an aquarium cannot be replaced or refunded. If such problems are encountered then it is connected to aquarium conditions or noncompatible tank mates (e.g. mixing with fish or plants from other sources).
Fish acclimation to a new aquarium is the sole responsibility of the buyer and not the Discus.ae delivery team.
