JurassiMite utilizes a non-toxic formula that safely and effectively eradicates common reptile parasites such as mites, fleas, and ticks. Mite infestations are notoriously difficult to get rid of. When the enclosure is infested as well (as is often the case), the task becomes even harder.

Spray on reptile avoiding its eyes and face. Use enough JurassiMite to just moisten your animal. Dripping should not occur. Alternately, you may choose to spray JurassiMite on a cloth or lintless towel and wipe the animal down. Repeat as necessary. JurassiMite may be used daily on heavy infestations. Avoid treating animals that have shed within 6 hours. When treating enclosures with JurassiMite, first remove animal from enclosure (to avoid misting animal's eyes and mouth). Remove water and food dishes. Spray infested areas such as substrate and decorations. Allow time to dry before introducing the animal to its enclosure.

Dry goods are dispatched daily and can take 1 to 5 working days to arrive.

Live fish, live plants, and frozen food require 2 to 7 working days or more due to special handling requirements. Delivery to Distant areas (Out of city and over 30 km radius) requires to be inquired by contacting our customer service before the order is placed.

There is strictly no replacement, return, or refund on any live animal and no guarantee or warranty on all livestocks after adding them to your aquarium. DOA (Dead On Arrival) must be notified immediately with proof and will be rewarded with a replacement or credit note.

All our live stocks are thoroughly tested and quarantined before packing and guaranteed to arrive free of tapeworms or diseases.

Tropical fish and inverts must be expected to lose color during transport and will arrive pale or white, a proper environment and diet is needed to regain coloration.

Any death or illnss of live animals after being added to an aquarium cannot be replaced or refunded. If such problems are encountered then it is connected to aquarium conditions or noncompatible tank mates (e.g. mixing with fish or plants from other sources).

Fish acclimation to a new aquarium is the sole responsibility of the buyer and not the Discus.ae delivery team.
