Spare Parts Availability & Delivery:

Spare parts may take longer than our usual delivery timeframe, as fulfillment depends entirely on distributor processing and readiness. All spare parts are supplied through manufacturer distributors and are subject to their stock and availability. Some items may become unavailable or discontinued without prior notice, and availability is often only confirmed during order processing or at a later stage by the distributor. Updates or delays may therefore occur after the order is placed. If any item becomes unavailable before dispatch, it will be removed and refunded automatically.

Dry goods are dispatched daily and typically arrive within 1 to 5 working days.

Live fish, live plants, and frozen food require 2 to 7 working days or more due to special handling requirements. Delivery to Distant areas (Out of city and over 30 km radius) requires to be inquired by contacting our customer service before the order is placed.

Items that become unavailable at any stage before dispatch will be removed and refunded automatically.

There is strictly no replacement, return, or refund on any live animal and no guarantee or warranty on all livestocks after adding them to your aquarium. DOA (Dead On Arrival) must be notified immediately with proof and will be rewarded with a replacement or credit note.

All our live stocks are thoroughly tested and quarantined before packing and guaranteed to arrive free of tapeworms or diseases.

Tropical fish and inverts must be expected to lose color during transport and will arrive pale or white, a proper environment and diet is needed to regain coloration.

Any death or illnss of live animals after being added to an aquarium cannot be replaced or refunded. If such problems are encountered then it is connected to aquarium conditions or noncompatible tank mates (e.g. mixing with fish or plants from other sources).

Fish acclimation to a new aquarium is the sole responsibility of the buyer and not the Discus.ae delivery team.
