DYMAX Bio Max is made of premium sintered glass with iron added, that put together as a ring shape that houses billions of beneficial bacteria in order to get rid of ammonia, nitrite and nitrate in the aquarium. Bio Max is the most effective biological media in the market as it has a highly penetrative porous structure of 48% with an approximate specific area of 500 square meter. In this way, Bio Max cultivates both nitrifying and denitrifying bacteria in a smaller space with a larger surface area to effectively eliminate toxic and prevent green water in the aquarium.

There is strictly no replacement, return, or refund on any live animal and no guarantee or warranty on all livestocks after adding them to your aquarium. DOA (Dead On Arrival) must be notified immediately with proof and will be rewarded with a replacement or credit note.
All our live stocks are thoroughly tested and quarantined before packing and guaranteed to arrive free of tapeworms or diseases.
Tropical fish and inverts must be expected to lose color during transport and will arrive pale or white, a proper environment and diet is needed to regain coloration.
Any death or illnss of live animals after being added to an aquarium cannot be replaced or refunded. If such problems are encountered then it is connected to aquarium conditions or noncompatible tank mates (e.g. mixing with fish or plants from other sources).
Fish acclimation to a new aquarium is the sole responsibility of the buyer and not the Discus.ae delivery team.
