Turtles produce organic waste in a variety of ways; as they grow, they continuously shed parts of their shell as well as skin. During feeding, they rip and tear at food with their nails and produce copious quantities of waste. This is tough on filters and easily surpasses existing biological flora capacities within their habitat unless Exo Terra Turtle Clean is employed. Exo Terra Turtle Clean will establish the right beneficial biological flora to ensure significant organic waste breakdown occurs, when used at the recommended weekly dose.
Instructions for use:
Shake well before using. 5 mL per 38 L / 10 US gal of water. Use this dose at initial set-up and as a weekly treatment.
Exo Terra Turtle Clean is essential to provide your turtle with clean water conditions, but equally important is the use of a water conditioner to detoxify tap water before using it for your pet turtle. Exo Terra Aquatize (PT1979) effectively removes Chlorines & Chloramines, neutralizes heavy metals and adds essential oils to promote shedding in turtles and maintain scales and skin tissue in optimal health.
Dry goods are dispatched daily and typically arrive within 1 to 5 working days.
Live fish, live plants, and frozen food require 2 to 7 working days or more due to special handling requirements. Delivery to Distant areas (Out of city and over 30 km radius) requires to be inquired by contacting our customer service before the order is placed.

There is strictly no replacement, return, or refund on any live animal and no guarantee or warranty on all livestocks after adding them to your aquarium. DOA (Dead On Arrival) must be notified immediately with proof and will be rewarded with a replacement or credit note.
All our live stocks are thoroughly tested and quarantined before packing and guaranteed to arrive free of tapeworms or diseases.
Tropical fish and inverts must be expected to lose color during transport and will arrive pale or white, a proper environment and diet is needed to regain coloration.
Any death or illnss of live animals after being added to an aquarium cannot be replaced or refunded. If such problems are encountered then it is connected to aquarium conditions or noncompatible tank mates (e.g. mixing with fish or plants from other sources).
Fish acclimation to a new aquarium is the sole responsibility of the buyer and not the Discus.ae delivery team.
