Our L-Number designer plecos are captive bred under bio-secure conditions and imported by Discus.ae into the region exclusively to meet our special requirements.
It's important to note that our L-Numbrs are clear from diseases and well adapted to clean and dechlorinated local tap water. However given that our pleco stocks are kept in pristine water conditions with very low bacterial content, we urge owners to avoid adding them directly into an old aquarium to prevent adverse reactions which may lead to unfavorable health risks. Instead, please prepare a separate quarantine tank and contact our team for guidance, our affordable rimless aquariums are an excellent choice for this purpose.

There is strictly no replacement, return, or refund on any live animal and no guarantee or warranty on all livestocks after adding them to your aquarium. DOA (Dead On Arrival) must be notified immediately with proof and will be rewarded with a replacement or credit note.
All our live stocks are thoroughly tested and quarantined before packing and guaranteed to arrive free of tapeworms or diseases.
Tropical fish and inverts must be expected to lose color during transport and will arrive pale or white, a proper environment and diet is needed to regain coloration.
Any death or illnss of live animals after being added to an aquarium cannot be replaced or refunded. If such problems are encountered then it is connected to aquarium conditions or noncompatible tank mates (e.g. mixing with fish or plants from other sources).
Fish acclimation to a new aquarium is the sole responsibility of the buyer and not the Discus.ae delivery team.
